Wednesdays are the day I run with my beloved East Nasties. Today the weather was perfect and the company was great.
Today I am thankful for this little black mark on my hand. To me it symbolize the completion of a run and time well spent with friends. Tonight's run was an easy 4.2ish miles. Oh, and I was also complemented on my steady pace tonight as well!

ReplyDeleteThe black mark is from the bar that we all go to after we run. If I don't run, I don't go to the bar and don't get the mark :)
