Today I am thankful for East Nasty. East Nasty is my running group. So many great things have come from it. So many new friends and experiences. My heart is full with love for East Nasty. I am off to run in Ragnar TN! The 200ish mile relay race between Chattanooga and Nashville with 11 other East Nasty runners. Here's to a fun and crazy 36ish hours!
